Steven Moffat: scaring the bejeebus out of Ellin since "Blink"

So I was checking out some icons just then of the Weeping Angels from ep 5x04 of Who and I had a horrible epiphany over this one.

If the Weeping Angels were real (and thank CHRIST they're not) then all the icons and graphics (and vids for that matter) on the internet could become Angels. And come out our computer screens so they can displace us in time/snap our neck like toothpicks.

Yeah. Think about THAT while you're trying to sleep tonight people.

You know what? Whether they're real or not, that still kind of scares the everliving bejeebus out of me. Well played Steven Moffat - making me shit scared of statues and NOW my own laptop and the INTERNET.

My daughter was telling me there was a Facebook group called "Thanks to Doctor Who, I'm Now Scared of..." and people can join and list their fears. :)
