Oddly enough this chapter left me with a happy feeling despite the dark themes. I don't know how you managed to do that!

As I said to Pace, I have an underlying optimism that is just a part of me and I guess I instil that in my fanfictions as well. Well...apart from the one I wrote where Claire died during labour and then Aaron died from starvation and Charlie shot Locke and then jumped off a cliff...

Most of my other ones have that little ray of hope though so I'm glad you picked it up and enjoyed it =)
