I hope Desmond isn't shunned, but it could well happen, especially if the flashes stuff comes out. I feel rather sickened by the thought. As if the injustice of Charlie's death wasn't enough. Now the one guy who made an effort to save Charlie's life (while everyone else let him go off on a suicide mission) might be held responsible for Charlie's death. Desmond and Charlie are the most heroic characters in the show for me, yet after all the nobility they showed in S3 they recieve nothing but death, cruelty and torment.
